مشکل در kmeans

سلام
من یک دیتاست اکسل بزرگ با مقادیر زیادی نال دارم که میخوام با kmeans خوشه بندی کنم. داده ها رو import میکنم و مینویسم: kmeans(data,8) ولی این ارور رو میده:
Warning: Ignoring rows of X with missing data.
> In kmeans at 128
??? Error using ==> kmeans at 268
X must have more rows than the number of clusters.

با xlsread هم همینطور. چکار کنم؟
