تشخيص پوشش مه و ابرهاي كوتاه St با استفاده از تصاوير ماهواره MSG-1

چکيده:
آشكارسازي و پيش بيني كوتاه مدت مه و ابرهاي استراتوس كوتاه، كه كاربرد فراواني در هوانوردي دارد، با استفاده از ماهواره هاي هواشناسي، اميد زيادي را براي هواشناسان ايجاد كرده است. تعداد ايستگاه هاي مشاهده در خشكي و دريا براي تعيين امتداد هاله واقعي مه، كافي نمي باشد. براي رفع اين نقصان ، استفاده از داده هاي سنجش از دور، خصوصا داده هاي اخذ شده در شب ضروري بنظر مي رسد. آشكارسازي مه و ابر استراتوس كوتاه در طول روز، بعلت اينكه اين نوع ابر در باند هاي مرئي از درخشندگي لازم برخوردار مي باشند، آسانتر خواهد بود. در طول شب و در غياب بازتابش نور خورشيد، تباين ناشي از تابش حرارتي و در نتيجه درخشندگي متفاوت، باعث تشخيص اينگونه ابرها مي گردد. مه و سطح زمين بعلت اينكه دمايي كم و بيش مشابه دارند، اغلب در باندهاي حرارتي قابل تشخيص از يكديگر نمي باشند. در نتيجه از تغييرات گسيلمندي طيفي مه در فروسرخ براي تشخيص آن از سطوح خشكي و آبي استفاده شده است. در اين پژوهش پنج روش براي تشخيص مه در شب و روز با استفاده از داده هاي باندهاي مختلف سنجنده SEVIRI بر روي ماهواره زمين آهنگ نسل دوم متئوست MSG-11 ارائه شده است. نتيجه كار در تمامي اين روشها با دقت قابل قبولي با يكديگر در توافق هستند. نمونه اي از اين ماهواره بر فراز اقيانوس هند و در طول جغرافيائي 63 درجه شرقي پرواز مي كند كه استفاده از تصاوير آن، براي استخراج پارامتر هاي هواشناسي در منطقه فلات ايران توصيه مي شود. همچنين آلگوريتم جديدي براي ماسك نمودن برف با استفاده از باندهاي 1 و 3 اين سنجنده، پيشنهاد شده است.
